想瘦就不能懶! 4個讓你堅持做運動的貼士~

「我要減肥!」基本上是每個女生的口頭襌,大部分人都會立刻想到要節食,但其實想要有效的減重/塑造身體線條不反彈,當然是要勤做運動啦~對於沒有運動底子的女生來說,一下子要有規律地每星期做大量運動幾乎是不可能的,所以可從以下四個tips開始培養運動的好習慣:

  1. 找個Workout Buddy!

三五知己不時相約食好西增肥,當然亦都有義務陪你一齊做運動減肥啦!一個人做運動比較納悶, beginners好容易便會失去恆心,半途而廢;相反,如果有個workout buddy在旁互相鞭策大家,一齊感受做運動之樂趣,亦會大大提升你對運動的興趣啊!

     2.      嘗試不同的運動方案

運動有各種形態,並非一定要上健身房操練個兩小時或到街上跑上10公里才算運動了。Beginners不妨根據自己的喜好及能力多發掘不同類型的運動方案, 例如瑜珈、健康舞、泰拳等~即使足不出戶,在家其實都可以達到運動效果啊以下兩位Youtuber都是我的私心推介:

千萬不要小覷這些運動達人設計的訓練內容,每條影片約10-20分鐘的長度, 有針對不同部位的, 有的更要用上全身每組肌肉! 依著她們做畢一套看似簡單的動作已足以令人爆汗, 好處是初階者可以根據自己的程度選擇不同的影片及隨時暫停。為了鼓勵大家一起keep fit, 這些youtubers都費盡心思設計新的訓練動作給大家, 保證不會覺得沉悶一套動作做到老呢!

     3.      穿得美美的去運動是必須的!

“If you look good, you feel good; you feel good, you play good.”這個道理絕對不難理解吧!機能性的運動裝備除了可以減少運動時有機會做成的傷害,當中的時尚感也是很重要的一環。把自己打扮得美美的去做運動絕對可以增加做運動的意欲(唯其是女孩子),所以不少運動品牌都不斷推陳出新,推出一系列時尚及功能性兼備的運動服,讓人好有衝動購買!

  1. 穿小一號的衣服

挑戰衣服的時候,我們下意識總會挑一些可以遮掩肉肉的設計,久而久之便會建立一個惰性,覺得「現在這樣看上去也很ok,不用刻意做運動減肥了吧~」其實運動的好處居多,不一定是為了減重,而是保持身體的基本運作及促進新陳代謝。因此下次逛街時不妨買小一碼的衣服,挑戰自己為健康及體態努力運動,誓要穿得下小一碼的衣服,為自己而動呢!
